Cynthia Sue Pagel

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Cynthia "Cindy" Sue Pagel, who passed away at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, NE surrounded by family on 10/10/2026 at the age of 71. 

She was known for her love, kindness, generosity, and dedication to faith and family. Throughout her life, Cindy touched many hearts and created lasting memories through her compassion, wisdom, and strong faith. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her husband Gregg; children: Stephanie Nolan, Shannon Schneider (Craig), Shane Gronenthal, Cody Pagel (Kelsey); grandchildren: Bryce, Landyn, and Caedyn Nolan, Jayde and Huntyr Schneider, Kiedis Gronenthal, and Beckham and Brecken Pagel; 6 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way; siblings: Randy Frauendorfer (Kim), Steve Frauendorfer (special friend Cindy), Rhonda Anderson (Tod); brother-in-law: Tracy Pagel (Birnetta). 

She was preceded in death by her parents Ron and Donna Frauendorfer, in-laws Charles and Yvonne Pagel, nephew: Aaron Anderson, granddaughter: Jordyn Schneider, and many other loved ones. 

Her legacy of being a wife, mother, grandmother, and woman who loved Jesus will continue to live on in the lives of those she inspired. She will be truly missed and never forgotten until we meet again. 

No visitation or celebration of life will be held at this time.
