Helen Clara Johnson

Helen Clara Johnson, age 91, passed away on April 12, 2026 in Elkhorn, Nebraska.

Helen Clara Johnson (Knake) was born and raised on a farm in Unadilla Nebraska. She attended Country school and graduated from Unadilla High School. Helen loved to cook, shop and spend time with Friends and Family. 

She is survived by her daughters, Julie (Bob) Trent and Sue (Greg) Cuttright; grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy (Ashley), Bobby (Annie) Ben (Keely) & Allie and great grandchildren, Taylor, Charli, Asher and Valetta; siblings, Willis, Richard (Charlene), Robert and sister, Sandra (Mike) as well as many dear nieces and nephews that filled her life with Love.

Preceded in death by father, Henry Knake; mother, Mary Knake and siblings, Doris, Bud (Morris), Myrna & John.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 16,2026 at First Lutheran Church and North Branch Cemetery, 1434 N 30th Rd, Avoca NE 68307. Memorial can be made out to First Lutheran Church, 1434 N 30th Rd, Avoca, NE 68307.
