Kyle T. Wobker

Kyle Thomas Wobker, 30, passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born to Kevin Wobker and Charlotte Anderson on December 5, 1995, in Olathe, Kansas. He graduated from Wahoo Public School in May of 2014. 

Kyle played many roles, but his proudest one was being a father. His son, Cooper, was his entire world. He was also a proud, loving partner to Ana, the love of his life of six years. He loved his family deeply and unconditionally, and was deeply proud of the life he had built with them. Those who loved Kyle knew there was never a dull moment spent with him. He was the life of the party and carried a brightness to every single room he entered. He always knew how to keep life fun and lighthearted. One thing that stood out about Kyle was his sense of humor. Whether he was cracking jokes or saying random movie quotes that seemed to make no sense, it was impossible to not laugh and smile around him. Kyle had many hobbies and was always up for a good adventure. He enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, watching movies, playing Magic The Gathering, and being with those he loved. He was also a long-time passionate fan of the Texas Longhorns, something his loved ones enjoyed teasing him about.

Kyle is survived by his son, Cooper Wobker; his partner, Ana Boesiger; his father, Kevin Wobker; his mother, Charlotte Anderson; his brothers, Zachary Wobker, Kelso Wobker, and Hyde Wobker; his sister, Kennedy Wobker; his sister-in-law, Makinzie DeHaan-Wobker, his grandmother, Carolyn Wobker of Paola, Kansas; his grandmother Barb Wobker of Paola, Kansas; his great-grandmother, Rebecca Daniels of Mound City, Kansas; his great-grandmother, Rose Wobker; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who loved him deeply.

Kyle is preceded in death by his stepfather, Matthew McGill; his grandfather, Roy Wobker; his great-grandfather, Bill Daniels of Mound City, Kansas; his great-grandfather, Roy Wobker Sr. of Paola, Kansas; and his grandparents, Judy and Thomas Anderson.

Kyle's family appreciates all of the thoughts, prayers, and kindness shown to them during this time. He will always be dearly missed.

Kyle's celebration of life will be held at Louisville State Recreation Area, camp sites 106-115, on September 19, 2026 from 4-7pm.
