Nancy Louise DeMarque

Nancy L DeMarque, age 80, passed away on May 14, 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Nancy lived in Springfield, Nebraska. She attended and graduated from Platteview High School. Nancy loved to play Farkle, watch NCIS, put together puzzles, and take care of her plants. 

She is survived by her sons, Chris (Holly) DeMarque, Kevin (Amy) DeMarque, and daughter Michelle DeMarque; grandchildren, Carly DeMarque (Cody Hytrek), MacKenzie Krejci (Kyle), Allen Bartley, Brook DeMarque (Megan Lehr), Dylan Bartley, and Amber Novotny (Ethan) great-grandchild, Parker Krejci, sister Ellen Cardin and many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by husband, Jack DeMarque, father, Claus Grell; mother, Christine Grell (Potthast) and siblings, Shirley Schuman, Robert (Bob) Grell, and Roger Grell.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 13, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Springfield Legion 13600 Pflug Rd. Springfield, NE 68059.
