Teresa Lea Ziebarth (Harris), passed peacefully on February 4, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska, surrounded by the love of her devoted husband, Allan, and her five children - Brandon Davis (Cindy), Jordan Guillen (Chris), Sarah Blum (Mark), Jonathan Davis (Mackenzie), and Joshua Davis (Abby). She was born on May 22, 1964, in Denver, Colorado, where she developed a lifelong love for her hometown and became an avid Denver Broncos fan, proudly cheering for her team through every season.
To know Teresa was to know warmth, strength, and unconditional love. She was the heart of her family, always showing up for the people she loved and making everyone feel seen, safe, and cared for. Her greatest pride was her children, and nothing mattered more to her than watching them grow and building a life rooted in closeness and connection.
In recent years, she was living her dream as "Oma." Her grandchildren, Sloan and Sonny Blum, were the light of her life, and she spent almost every day by their side. From simple daily routines to special moments together, she poured her heart into caring for them and created memories that will live on forever.
Teresa loved traveling to visit the people she loved most, never missing an opportunity to be close to family. Santa Fe held a special place in her heart as her favorite city, and she carried that same appreciation for beauty and experience into everyday life. She had an incredible eye for style - whether thrift shopping for the best designer deals or thoughtfully picking out the perfect gifts for the people she loved. She preferred FaceTime over texting or calling, wanting to truly see the faces of those closest to her, and she never ended a conversation without saying the words that defined her life: "Love you!"
She will be remembered for her gentle strength, her kindness, and the unwavering devotion she gave to her family. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable space in our hearts, the love she shared continues through the lives she shaped and the memories she leaves behind.
Per Teresa's wishes, she will be cremated. There will be no traditional visitation or funeral. A celebration of life is tentatively planned for Memorial Day weekend, coinciding with her birthday - with additional details to be shared at a later time.
