Thomas Francis Schramm, affectionately known as "Tommy" in his youth, was born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, in 1962 to John and Marie Schramm. As the youngest of eight children, he was dearly loved as the baby of the family and brought joy to those around him from an early age.
Tom's adventurous spirit led him to join the United States Air Force, where he proudly served his country for 20 years. His military career took him around the world, and while stationed overseas, he met the love of his life, Doris. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and faith.
Tom was the proud father of three daughters: Inga, Kelly, and Christina. His greatest joy was being "Pop Pop" to his ten grandchildren: Katie, Maddy, Tommy, Corbin, Izzy, Israel, Noah, Ruthy, Chayton, and Freddie. He treasured every moment spent with them and will be remembered for his knee-slapping dad jokes, gentle nature, endless patience, and playful silliness that brought smiles and laughter to all who knew him.
Tom was also a beloved uncle and cousin to many, leaving behind countless cherished memories with his extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Schramm, and his brothers John and Christopher Schramm. He is survived by his devoted wife, Doris; his daughters, Inga, Kelly, and Christina; his grandchildren; and his siblings, Maryann, Robert, Eugenia, Elizabeth, and Dorothy.
Though Tom will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in knowing that he is resting with the Lord. His life was one of service, love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love him.
