Willie Justin Williams

Willie Justin Williams, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away on March 19th, 2026.

Will was born in Weatherford, Oklahoma on December 1, 1982, to Kathryn and Robert Williams. The Williams family moved to the suburbs of St. Louis where Will spent his formative years. After graduating from Fort Zumwalt South in 2001 and attending Southwest Missouri State for a time, Will pursued a career in electric work with the IBEW. Will had one son, Lucas Lawrence Ditmeyer.

Will was a dedicated fan of Saint Louis Cardinals baseball and Blues hockey. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hike, and play disc golf. He could often be found hunting for morels in the spring. Will was always very capable behind a computer. From downloading music to fixing your cell phone, Will was far more tech savvy than the rest of the family. He was also a gifted writer who often wrote poetry in his younger years. Will's greatest gift was with people. He was loyal and loving and there's not much he wouldn't do to help someone that needed it. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

He is survived by his parents, Robert Williams of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kathryn Williams of St. Louis, Missouri, his brother, David Williams and his son Lucas Lawrence Ditmeyer.
